5.1 For those who purchase a service from Cilbuper, personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • Be able to enter into an agreement with you, perform the agreed service, invoice for service performed, fulfill the responsibility of the service and provide support;

6. The legal grounds for our processing of your personal data

6.1 Cilbuper bases the processing of your personal data on a number of legal grounds. These are described in this section.

6.2 We process, among other things, your personal data in order to fulfill the contract with you as a customer, such as in order to administer the purchase, perform purchased service, invoice you and to fulfill Cilbuper's obligations during the liability period of the service.

6.3 Part of the processing of personal data we perform is based on a so-called balance of interests. This applies, for example, to the processing we are performing in order to be able to send you offers about our goods and services. Cilbuper has a legitimate interest in marketing its services and goods. Cilbuper does not process sensitive personal data on the basis of a balance of interests and does not carry out any processing that constitutes profiling on the basis of a balance of interests. Cilbuper also has a legitimate interest in processing personal data to answer the questions received and reconnect when you initiate a contact with Cilbuper.

6.4 In some cases, Cilbuper may have a legal obligation to process your personal data. This applies, for example, to the processing of personal data that we perform in order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

8. How long do we save information about you?

8.1 Your personal data is only stored as long as there is a need to save it to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Cilbuper may save the data longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to monitor Cilbuper's legal interests, such as the legal interests of the Cilbuper. if there is a legal process in progress.

9. Who do we disclose personal data to?

9.1 Cilbuper may disclose your information to third parties, such as to Cilbuper's group companies, IT service providers, communications service providers and other partners.

9.2 If you apply for a credit when purchasing a good or service, your information may be disclosed to credit reporting agencies.

9.3 Personal data may also be disclosed by Cilbuper if necessary to comply with the applicable legal requirements or requirements of the authorities, in order to safeguard Cilbuper's legal interests or to detect, prevent or pay attention to fraud and other safety or technical problems.

Cilbuper has therefore taken the security measures needed to protect your personal data against undue access, change and deletion. For example, all customer information is stored in a database that is protected by permission control and firewall.

12. Your rights

12.1 Cilbuper is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.

12.2 Cilbuper will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement information detected to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

12.3 You have the right to request

  1. Access to your personal data. This means that you have the right to request a register statement of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data processed. You have the right to obtain a register extract free of charge on a written signed application on the personal data registered about you, the purposes of the processing and to which the recipient has been provided or should be disclosed. You also have the right to receive information on where the data has been obtained if the personal data has not been collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling) and the anticipated period during which data will be stored or the criteria used to determine this period. Furthermore, you have the right to receive information on your other rights as set out in this paragraph.
  2. Correction of your personal data. We will, at your request, correct the incorrect or incomplete information we process about you as quickly as possible.
  3. Deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be removed if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. However, there may be legal requirements that we may not immediately delete your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legislation. We will then end the treatment that is being done for purposes other than complying with the legislation.
  4. Restriction of treatment. This means that your personal data is marked so that they may only be processed for certain demarcated purposes. Among other things, you may request limitation when you consider your information to be incorrect and you have requested rectification. While the accuracy of the data is being investigated, their processing will be limited.
  5. Withdrawal of consent. If processing is based on the consent of the given, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

12.4 Cilbuper will inform each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any corrections or deletion of data and limitation of the processing of data.

12.5 You are entitled to data portability. This means a right to obtain and transfer your personal data under certain conditions in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format to another controller.

12.6 You have the right to object to personal data processing carried out on the basis of a balance of interests. If you object to such treatment, we will only continue treatment if there are legitimate reasons for the treatment that outweighs your interests.

12.7 If you do not want to process your personal data for direct marketing, you always have the right to object to such processing by sending an email to Fredrik.Paring@Cilbuper.com. Once we have received your objection, we will cease processing the personal data for such marketing purposes.

12.8 You have the right to lodge any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.

6. The legal grounds for our processing of your personal data

6.1 Cilbuper bases the processing of your personal data on a number of legal grounds. They are described in this section.

6.2 Among other things, we process your personal data so that we can fulfill the agreement with you as customer, and also so that we can administer the purchase, perform the service purchased, invoice you and in order to meet Cilbuper's bond during the liability period for the service.

6.3 A proportion of the processing of personal data that we perform is based on a so-called legitimate interest. This applies, for example, to the processing we undertake in order to be able to send offers to you about our goods and services. Cilbuper has a legitimate interest in marketing its services and its goods. Cilbuper does not process sensitive personal data with the support of a legitimate interest and does not undertake any processing which constitutes profiling with the support of a legitimate interest. Cilbuper also has a legitimate interest in processing staff data in order to answer questions received and to respond when you initiate a contact with Cilbuper.

6.4 In certain cases, Cilbuper can have a legal bond to process your personal data. This applies, for example, to the processing of personal data that we perform in order to be able to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

6.5 Cilbuper processes your personal data when you give your consent to your personal data being processed for one or a number of specific purposes. You are entitled to withdraw a consent that you have given at any time.

8. How long do we save data about you?

8.1 Your personal data is saved only as long as  there is a need to save it in order to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Integrity Policy. Cilbuper may save the data for longer if needed to meet legal requirements or to protect Cilbuper's legal interests, e.g. if a legal process is ongoing.

9. To whom do we provide staff data?

9.1 Cilbuper may provide data to third parties, such as Cilbuper's group companies, suppliers of IT services, suppliers of communication services and other collaborative partners.

9.2 If you apply for a credit in connection with purchase of a product or service, your data may be provided to a credit agency.

9.3 In addition, personal data may be provided by Cilbuper if it is necessary in order to comply with legal requirements or requirements from authorities, in order to protect Cilbuper's legal interest or to detect, prevent or highlight fraud and other security- or technical problems.

10. Change of integrity policy

10.1 Cilbuper is entitled to change its Integrity Policy at any time. Cilbuper will inform you of changes to the Integrity Policy with reasonable notice.

11.1 You must always be able to feel secure when you provide us with your personal data. Cilbuper has therefore instituted the security measures that are necessary to protect your personal data against improper access, modification and deletion. For example, all data about customers is saved in a database that is protected through authorisation control and firewall.

12th Your Rights

12.1 Cilbuper is responsible that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

12.2 At your request or on your own initiative, Cilbuper will correct, fully anonymise, delete or supplement data that is discovered to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

12.3 You have the right to request

  1. Access to your personal data. This means that you are entitled to request an extract from the register of processing that we perform in relation to your personal data. You are also entitled to obtain a copy of the personal data that is processed. You are entitled on one occasion per calender year, through a written and signed application, to obtain a register extract free of charge concerning which personal data is registered about you, the reasons for the processing and the recipient to which the data has been or will be provided. You are also entitled to obtain information in the register extract about from where the data has derived if the personal data has not been collected from you, the presence of automated decision making (including profiling), as well as the anticipated period during which the data will be stored or the criteria that are used to set this period. In addition you are entitled to obtain information in the register extract about your other rights as detailed in this point.
  2. Correction of your personal data. At your request we will correct as quickly as possible the incorrect or incomplete data we process about you.
  3. Deletion of your personal data. This means that you are entitled to request that your personal data is removed if it is no longer necessary for the reason for which it was collected. However, there can be legal requirements preventing us form immediately deleting your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legislation. We will then discontinue the processing being performed for reasons other than compliance with the legislation.
  4. Restriction on processing. This means that your personal data is marked so that it may only be processed for certain restricted reasons. These include requesting restriction when you consider that your data is incorrect and you have requested correction. Processing of the data will be restricted during the period that its correctness is being investigated.
  5. Withdrawal of consent. If processing is based on consent given, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.

12.4 Cilbuper will inform every recipient to which the personal data has been provided of any correction or deletion of data and also restriction on processing of data.

12.5 You are entitled to data portability. This entails a right under certain circumstances to obtain and transfer your personal data in a structured, generally utilised and machine-readable format to another personal data controller.

12.6 You are entitled to object to personal data processing that is performed with the support of a legitimate interest. If you object to such processing we will only continue the processing if there is a legitimate reason for the processing which outweighs your interests.

12.7 If you do not want your personal data to be processed for direct marketing, you are entitled at all times to object to such processing by sending an email to Fredrik.Paring@Cilbuper.com. When we have received your objection, we will stop processing your personal data for such marketing purposes.

12.8 You are entitled to submit any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Data Inspection Board.
